Town Center is the heart of Flamingo Crossings with dining and retail in a charming downtown atmosphere. Hotel staff told me that almost all the guests use Uber and Lyft or a rental car. See my Guide to Using Uber and Lyft and Walt Disney World. If you don’t have a vehicle with you, I recommend using Uber or Lyft. The shuttles operate on a set schedule so you won’t be able to come and go as you please. Shuttles run on set schedules and you need to notify the hotel at check-in that you will be requesting a shuttle ride.
Prices vary but seem to average around $10 per person each way. The hotels do offer a shuttle service to the theme parks, currently through Main Gate Transportation, however it is not free.
